This program can be mastered for relatively short period of time. There are 6 sessions in total. And each of them should be given 2-4 days. Make an effort to memorize everything by rote during the training sessions, so that in every difficult for you situation (for example, you have to work over a very big text in a very short time, or when some other difficulties or circumstances are arising) you could , without looking into the printouts, open up any book, and go accurately through all the exercises in a row for more accelerated entry into the current. If you did not feel yourself being in the current, go through all the exercises one more time. Such a reading even takes off a bad mood. Brain's grey cells increase their productivity and sensitivity, and owing to that the reading goes much easier and faster. When you will be managing any subject of a study lightly and easily, there will be no need to drudge through all the exercises in succession in the future. Applying any of them will be more than enough.
- Take any book or newspaper and put it on the table. Stand up in front of it and, having memorized any fragment of the text, pronounce it aloud letter by letter, as if examining them. For each vowel letter show the palm of a right hand, and for each consonant - the palm of a left hand. The palm should be kept above this book. There is no particular order in pronouncing the words. They can be read both in succession and haphazardly. Exercise in any convenient for you time of either day or night, time is not limited. What's important is that after 2-4 days the letters accompanied by an open palm should bounce off you, as if off your teeth, at a fast pace and without stumbling.
- Change the book, desirably onto the one without pictures. One may devote more than two hours a day for this exercise. All the three points are going in the playing mode. Do not try to turn your head around, sit still reading through the obstacles created by one's both hands.
- Put the palm with wide open fingers onto the page and read the text that has remained visible. For the next page, put a hand palm up onto it. Any hand can be used. Keep developing logical thinking,
improvisingly hitting upon an idea of the text in your own way.
- Put the finger-cushions of spread wide fingers on book's page. Turn the hand into different sides altering fast and slow pace, as if impeding the reading. Read the text not noticing your hand.
- Keep on reading, by turns tapping the page using a palm or hand's backside, in both fast and slow pace.
- To improve the effectiveness, try to dedicate more time to this exercise. Left hand is working with the left side of a book, right one - with the right. That's how they should be alternated with each other. Take a note that there is only one exercise for the right hand. Periodically perform a facial massage.
- When reading the text on the left side of a book put a left hand palm down with wide open fingers onto it. Here, to the contrary, we start removing the obstacles. When your eyes reach the tips of the fingers, then you start as if lifting them, gradually clenching a fist. Further on we start to turn it at one moment to the right, at another to the left. The direction of a fist's turn depends on which side of the line you are reading from.
- This part of an exercise is the same for both left and right hands. It all depends on which side of the book you are reading. Put the palm on the page, while tapping by the finger-cushions on the lines, bit by bit release them for reading. Then, having clenched a fist, we do already familiar turns to the left and right, depending on from which side we are reading the line.
- Put a clinched left hand onto a page, and during the reading raise it up either from little finger's or thumb's side, as if turning the hand sometimes to the right, sometimes to the left.
- Put a clinched left hand palm up onto the page and turn it with varying speed, like a pendulum, to the right and left. Then, having clenched the fingers into a fist, conclude reading a page with the turns of a fist right and left, at the same time not forgetting that it is its rear side that lies on a book.
- Irrespective of which side of the book you are reading (right or left one), close and open it by the unread side, holding it by the fingers starting from the page which you are reading.
- This meditative exercise helps to develop the intuition. Open a few books by any writers and poets of different epochs. Standing in front of them with eyes closed, feel their energy by the palms, in doing so not touching the pages but holding them at a small distance from the pages. This exercise will strenuously start developing intuitive centres. The energies may attract, but also may repulse. That does not mean at all that their magnetic attraction is a good sign. When it thunders, it might be very frightful. But at the same time, except the fright these energies bring within themselves a huge charge of sexuality. When we admire the sunset and its beauty, at that moment we cease noticing the severity and harshness of its radiation. A marble plate by its density is a very strong material, but energetically - it is very friable and not strong. The more you will be working with various kinds of energies, the more you will cognize the world of truly existing reality, that, no doubt, will enrich your inner substance.
- During the exercises periodically massage the neck-bones, ears and eyes.
- Read the left side of the book without any intricate actions. Read it slowly and in a whisper, as neatly as possible uttering each syllable, so that the lips and face muscles get slightly tired of tension.
- Read the right side of the book in blocks of 5-7 lines and, having turned over the page, continue reading approximately from such a place, were as if you have already read approximately the same block. Read whispering as well, very neatly uttering each word, but already at a fast pace.
- First 2 days repeat 4 exercises you have already passed, not more. For on the third day a load for the psyche could be too large.
- Keep the book at arm's length, but in such a fashion that you could see the text well. Read the first half of the page in a whisper and extremely fast, so that you could not even understand what does it all actually says. And the other half of a page - quietly and distinctly, neatly articulating and pronouncing every word.
- This exercise can be given a whole week.
- Read the book text in blocks of 5-6 lines. While doing so read each block altering reading aloud and reading to oneself, sometimes slow, sometimes fast or at a normal speed. Do not be hesitant in improvising and combining block by block, show your creative fantasy in this work.
Devote the next week for repeating the whole program.
The following exercise will help to be confident in oneself and solve arising problems. Sit down on the chair straight and make an effort not to move, even breath superficially as if you are lying perdu or hiding from the chase. This exercise can be read to oneself or in a whisper: "Thinking, singing, thinking, going, sat down, drink a tea, don't be bored often, this is not the case, stand and sing, stand and wash, sit down and remain sitted, stay and watch, they, you, where, knock on the door, toast."*
This unpretentious text should be read until you flounder and come out of this current. And to go off it is likely to happen quite often because of some thought entering the mind at such moment, or because of the mistake, or even because you will want to make a move. Do not attempt to continue doing this exercise by volitional impulse after that. First one should have a bit of rest, and only after that to get down to work again. This kind of training for the mind and body enables a man to work in difficult conditions, it also helps to relieve a mental stress from the brain convolutions.

The words can litter our ether, astral and mental bodies, as a result of that a depression may set in and you will be unable to productively read and memorize the texts. Take any text. Using a lead pencil strike out of it the letters: "r, p, t, c, s, z", - and read the words with remaining letters. Do not begin to think about what you are reading. Having read this text 2-3 times, include into the reading all the letters "c" and read it again 2-3 times. Further on 2-3 more times read the same text, but already in the original without strikethrough letters. This work brings the brain convolutions into an impasse, and, in an attempt to get out of the extreme situation, the brain starts dumping the toxins and in that way improves its work. At that time the following symptoms may develop: fewer, blocked ears, whining state, palpitations etc. etc. They are taking place because the liver, kidney, urinary tracts and other organs start working at an accelerated pace to take the dumped toxins out of the organism. In such a situation it is very good to drink a pure liver bouillon without any seasoning and salt. For its preparation one will need 100 gramme of liver for 400-600 ml of water. Boil until cooked. This bouillon will help to quicker take salt and toxins out of the organism.
In parallel with this work one can energetically clean his intestinal tract. Having standing in front of the mirror, show your palms to it. If you have some problems with the intestines, blood or with other organs, you will feel a light pricking in the palms. You will start to be drawn to the mirror. This is the beginning of a cleansing. At the same moment a palpitation may start. It will last until such time when some block will be taken off you.
Come closer to the mirror and, without blinking, observe yourself, trying not to think about anything. At that moment the movements of various energies may be taking place inside the body. Try to direct them inside the mirror. And when everything will come out of you, you will feel the emptiness in the body. But keep standing until the end, that is until the work of heart will normalize. Step by step the problems related to incorrect functioning of the organism will be settled. Cover the mirror by a tissue for about an hour after each such meditative seance, so that you can start it again in energetically clean mirror.
