Amorality - is a plague of the Open Cosmos, atheism - its malignant tumor. Having united, they clothe a body of the Universe with cadaverous ulcers. Which by itself does not bring anything except destruction neither to themselves, nor to the developing forms of matters and consciousnesses. And then in order to prevent the ruination of a whole organism, emergency surgery measures have to be applied with the aim of destroying all the sources of infection - carriers of suchlike psychoenergy informations. Either everything dies (both good and bad), or only that capable of evolutioning survives by observing by deeds but not just in words the norms of Moral-Ethical Communism. Which is impossible to be realized without help from The Highest, possessing practical military-economic experience in all the fields of ethics and moral.
The Dictatorship of a Conscience not backed up by the Force is simply pointless. For biorobot can not be stricken through by a moral until such time when it will become a vital necessity for him, when having no progressing in evolutionary respect Conscience he is just merely doomed to a notorious death. Only in such a case a true spiritual changeover among all types of the developing Shiva-consciousnesses sets in, for theory is dead without practice.
At the moment of a global planetary crisis, facing the destruction of the Earth and all its inhabitants, the candidates to Vishnu-consciousnesses - who have ideally worked off the facet of Christ (selflessness) - will have to accomplish another evolutionary jump in practical use of The Law of Sacrifice-Selfsacrifice. For nobody, except themselves and the Supermind Officers, will be able to genuinely utilise Military-Economic Might of The Open Cosmos for saving the planet and its inhabitants. And for the sake of it they will have to offer their Immortal Soul as a "sacrifice" to The Creator, and by their own hands destroy everything that brought their common home to the premature destruction. In doing so they will rest upon the fundamental law of Moral-Ethical Communism "Lord, Your Will is omnipotent, - Yours, but not mine! So be it!" For it is not them who have created all that, consequently, it is not up to them to decide the fates of the consciousnesses who are learning.
In such a case the lower is always sacrificed for the sake of saving The Highest. This is because in the alike situation (because of the delays in taking such a decision by the hesitating consciousnesses) their mission will be performed by The Highest in manifested or unmanifested form. That will considerably shorten the time allotted for changeover under the extreme conditions to all types of the developing consciousnesses. That will be equivalent to using a thermonuclear weapon instead of the conventional one, with all the consequences that will follow, and the moral-ethical responsibility for that will lie upon the shoulders of hesitating candidates into Vishnu-consciousnesses.
The Laws of The Open Cosmos are severe, just and ruthless. The Supermind is, first of all, a Military-Economic System built upon the base of a Moral-Ethical Communism. And therefore upon spiritual growth of the Vishnu-consciousnesses the military-economic aspect of the Law of Sacrifice-Selfsacrifice correspondingly alters.
For The Great Teachers of The Universe it reads: "The lesser is sacrificed for the sake of saving the greater". That is, to sober up the inhabitants of a planet from active muddled brains activity The Great Teacher of The Universe, for example, has the moral right to destroy all the population of the former Soviet Union, as a malignant tumor on Universe's body - the nursery of aspirituality of scientific and ignorant atheism.
A Military-Economic facet of the Law of Sacrifice-Selfsacrifice for the Avatars reads: "The greater is sacrificed for the sake of saving the lesser". For example, in truly existing reality (that is outside the theatrical conventions) any of the Avatars would have to, for the sake of saving a life of one Jesus Christ, destroy as a minimum the whole population of Judea and Ancient Rome.

Visual demonstration to that is dissolution of everything unfit for evolution (that is not working for The Creator) in the Working Void during the compression of the Universes. And since all the Energy-accumulations and Knowledges of The Open Cosmos, as well as the lives of all entrusted to Him Consciousnesses, are at the disposal of The Supermind, then for their sake He takes all the weight of responsibility upon Himself. It is not without a reason that the title of A Senior Scientific Officer of The Supermind is added by a prefix A Great Destructor of The Universes.
Therefore, to avoid the premature dissolution in the Working Void of everything living and sentient being, those Vishnu-consciousnesses that stay below The Creator on the career ladder are striving to perform their duties as scrupulously as possible and voluntarily take on the unpleasant mission of the Paramedics of The Open Cosmos, thus not letting the Highest to manifest itself. And as a result of that, all the living and sentient being is working with all their strength towards The Creator, for The Creator and for the sake of The Creator, in the name of their own and His Safety. For in the case of Master's death, everything dependent on him will die.
Moreover, it is not advisable to anyone to wake up in The Creator A Great Destructor of The Universes. What is much more placid for all around is His Purely Scientific Activity, directed towards strengthening the might of a military-economic potential of all the developing Vishnu-consciousnesses - Future Creators of The Universes. For that constitutes the guarantee of their Immortality. Because force recognises only the language of The Force, and cruelty - the language of even bigger Cruelty, Trickery and Guile. The Supermind possesses all that at a level of perfection, stage by stage training to the art of governing The Open Cosmos its future Masters and Rulers.
