I, Raskovalova Raisa Nikolaevna - Executive Assistant to Sat Guru Avatar Majtreya, will conduct "Starry-Galactic Biotechnologies" section of the informational shock-site of world's sensations "Earth - the planet of biorobots". On this site for the first time on the Internet there will be published theoretical and practical data about the work of Cosmic Server for detailed study and exploration by the public. People refer to Cosmic Server as God, Allah, Logos, Dao etc. The work of Cosmic Server is free of any faults. To the person, connected to its psycholayers through the Second System of Cosmic Control as a client-computer, it offers any forms of Knowledges from the world of science, medicine, space investigations, art, noncontact and ordinary sex, education of children and so on. I have at my disposal a wealth of materials recorded during the sessions of cosmic communications at various times by different people and never published to date in official print media. This is due to the fact that such a task is very difficult to accomplish in the corrupt police state, shrouded by false priests and blocked up by a dense wall of scientific and ignorant atheism.

Therefore some Knowledges, "know-how" and discoveries of Sat Guru Avatar Majtreya will be offered through the Internet to various strata of planet's population in a form of simplest text files written in Russian language in Windows-1251 Cyrillic encoding, and duplicated in Latin transliteration in subdirectory "latin" for foreign users. Owing to that, people who don't have a functional knowledge of Russian language or are unable to handle its numerous encodings will be able to receive an approximate translation of the information in their native language through programs-translators. This methodology is described in details in the book and in the section "Cosmic Relaxation". For writing the book and for introducing to people the practical side of this work, he, as it is customary here in Russia, was persecuted and is persecuted by the authorities ever since. However, despite all their efforts, the book have passed through censorial obstacles and in 1991 for the first time was officially published by a small edition in Moscow, following 8 years of continuous persecutions since it has been written.

You will have to do that on your own, as my chief considers it absolutely inexpedient to work with people until the moment when the World War III is over. The better - is the Enemy of good! Because it brings in its embryo death to everything old and stiff. People are well paid for their stupidity. But stupidity did not save anybody from the truly existing reality, because on the Earth, inhabited by biomachines of various configurations and sizes, Biorobot of a "Man" type is created for the needs of the Master, not vice-versa. That is why all the creative attempts of the mankind during its many centuries history are not worth a brass farthing. And the wisest thing for people to do is to begin the inner changes through the pain and suffering during the breakage of their egolayers when studying the technique of Cosmic Relaxation in practice.
